SummerReady (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Modulo LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application (“the App”).

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create your account.

Check-in Data: Your daily check-in data (steps, strength training, nutrition) is stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not upload this data to our servers.

Purchase Data: When you make a purchase, Apple processes the transaction. We receive a transaction receipt to verify your purchase but do not store payment information.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App
• To verify purchases and restore access
• To improve the App experience

Data Storage

Your check-in data is stored locally on your device. We use Firebase Authentication for account management. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Apple StoreKit — for in-app purchases

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App. If you need assistance, contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
